Job Overview: MS/PhD scholars from top-tier U.S. universities, here's an exciting opportunity for you at Research Spark Hub. Selected mentors will play a crucial role as Innovation Mentors, guiding small groups of high school students (grades 9-12) through STEM and Arts exploration. This involves creating engaging course content with research projects in AI/ML and STEM areas, monitoring student progress, evaluating deliverables, reviewing articles, and providing continuous support throughout the students' journey with RSH. Responsibilities: - Mentor online, guiding individual students or small groups (max 4/5) of high school students. - Create engaging course content and curriculum. - Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback. - Review research papers and articles. - Provide mentorship, encouragement, and support at every step of the student's journey. Qualifications: Key Qualifications: - Master’s or PhD degree in AI/ML, STEM, NLP, Economics, Business, or a related field. - Willingness to work patiently with high school students. - Experience in writing research papers and articles. - Knowledge in AI/ML, STEM, NLP, Economics, Business, or related areas, with a commitment to ongoing research. - Ability to give positive feedback and encourage students. - Substantive knowledge in research, interdisciplinary collaborations, community engagement, and relevant software. Preferred: - Prior mentoring experience, especially with students. - Multidisciplinary education and expertise.
